Thanks to Luke and Steph for what they are doing and for taking time out of their day to talk to a newcomer! I am currently training my 8 months old Dogo Argentino pup, Ghost. I’d also like to put the word out to hunters that we are looking for some easy, real tracks for training.

I’ve been hunting for 27 years and this tracking/drag was a first for me. Grayson shot his largest buck of his young hunting career on Saturday morning 6 min in the stand…I got down and checked blood an hour and 15min later. Looked like good blood to me bubbles in the blood and great blood trail. So g started tracking and after 200yds I told him lets let him bed down. Came back in about 2.5 hrs later found his bed then lost blood. I met some great people with a dog in Trempelau county this year so I told g that I’d call them when we got home. They called me back and said they would come. Graysons eyes lit up. Words can not describe what ninja Luke, as I call him and Steph Hite and their dog priest did for my son and his buck. When you meet people that will go to hell and back for your son/family, that you met one time says alot to me. I now call them friends for life. The world is a crazy place, but when meet someone, something inside of you just knows these people are special. Thanks again Steph, ninja Luke, and their amazing dog Priest. There is a crazy story behind this but can only be told in person. #Memories # Hunting # Friendsforlife

I can’t thank  Steph Hite enough for taking the time to drive in to North Dakota this morning to work with some of our team and our dog aggressive dogs, high anxiety dogs, working dogs, dogs that pee everywhere, dogs that continuously jump on you, and our world of ferrell dogs.  How blessed are we to keep learning. What a wonderful calm you brought to our shop today! And what great sense you have. Thanks for the education! Love You!

The 2020 story of Fred is about perseverance, the ability to see past what others see and to give every animal the chance they deserve! Fred came to us in Febuary of 2020 as a stray and after 3 adoptions and 3 returns in 3 months, “Though no fault of his own”, we knew Fred needed more than what could be offered locally. We reached out to Ritetrack and the proof is in the picture! Fred tracked this deer in 31 minutes! We are a team that stands behind every animal, and every animal deserves to smile just like Fred!

I am posting this because this person has been a friend from the first time I had to reach out to her back on 12/30/2014 at 3:52 PM. I had a dog – a smooth coat BC – that no one would take because it had fear aggression and was nipping at people. I had reached out to countless rescues and no one could/would help. Fortunately, a very reputable rescue out of Rochester gave me this woman’s name. They had had a pitbull with similar issues and they handed this dog over to Steph Hite.  At this point I had nothing to lose as this dog’s fate was sealed if I couldn’t find someone to help. I reached out to Steph Hite, as I said above, on December 30, 2014 at 3:52 pm. I repeat that as there are not many people that I can pinpoint an exact date and time when I would call that person a friend. That dog ended up not being surrendered, sadly, but through the years, I reached out to Steph whenever I had a problem dog that no one would take and she would step up. She would take the dog and adopt it out once it completed training. Some were easier than others but I developed a trust and respect for this woman. I don’t remember all of the dogs – some were more memorable than others. One I for sure remember was a German Shepherd that was aggressive and intimidating. Steph rehabbed this guy and he ended up getting adopted by a man – I think he was a lawyer – and is now living in a mansion on Lake Michigan. I wish it had been me 😮) I have connected Steph Hite with a few rescues that have engaged her services. I think her worth is understated and I have heard nothing but good things about the dogs they have had her working with and was able to get turned around and made adoptable. Not only does she work with dogs but she is teaching others how to work with certain behaviors to get them corrected so the rescues can handle some of these cases by themselves. I have not advertised Steph or her skills – selfishly because she was my ace in the hole. I needed her available. Steph is a behavioral trainer that has saved so many doggy lives by helping them to be ‘normal’ again. If anyone has any questions, please ask. I think Steph’s calendar is full because she is doing a great job and has a proven track record. Steph Hite rocks in my book! And I am confident that she is held in high regard by many. Thank you, Steph, for being there when no one else could help! You are an angel!

Steph has helped me with so much with my border collie and my foster border collies! My BC girl was reactive to foster dogs in her space. Steph’s 6th sense could see what I couldn’t to help my dog be balanced. Stephs positive energy and instincts connect with the dogs immediately and I can see them relax and find their balanced state of mind with her. Trust is immediate. Steph has patiently helped me see what she sees with the dogs. She has given me the tools and the confidence to help my dogs live a peaceful, happy, secure and free life. The more I practice what she has taught me the calmer and more confident I get in helping my foster dogs relax and become great companions. Thankyou Steph! I couldn’t have fostered dogs without your help.
