There are many benefits for everyone involved in deer tracking.  The dog, handler and hunter can all find enjoyment, success and positive healthy work.   Deer tracking is a fun sport that keep you and your dog active.  Watching your dog work and thrive at a job you have given him the opportunity to do is very enjoying and rewarding.

The recovery of lost game is not only a responsible action to put effort in, it also plays a vital role in the basics of conservation for what we owe to the game animals.

We have found through deer tracking and training that we can open new avenues for working breeds in rescues.  The rescue  dogs we train in our rescue tracking program have been hand picked as they reveal high interest in tracking and show a high prey drive.  The benefits of giving a dog a job is relating the mind, body and human connection.  Some of these dogs have gone beyond the average expectation and have been placed in homes where they live out a long term tracking career.
